
Mr. Balcıoğlu
Museum director in Turkey, Emin Mahir Balcıoğlu, who signed the OLYMP'ARTS CHARTER sent his best wishes via video to the IOAC on the success of the OLYMP’ARTS 2023.
In 1995, the then president of an art association in Ankara, Sabanci, Mr. Balcıoğlu signed the OLYMP'ARTS CHARTER with Founding President of the IOAC, Mr. Marc Verriere, and other representatives of 64 countries. Now, a top director of museums in Turkey, he is a member of the Executive Board of Contemporary Istanbul.
In the video, he wished his best to the OLYMP’ARTS 2023 and expressed his respect to the IOAC for its unrelenting works. He expressed full support and will do everything he can for the event and the Committee, and is an expectation to be in Geneva next year.
Mr. Balcıoğlu is one of the representatives of the Charter, and a founder of the OLYMP’ARTS. The IOAC has enormous gratitude to him and hope to share our journey together next year!
