The OLYMP'ARTS 2023 Opening Ceremony was held on October 5th at the Zappeion, Athens, Greece. OLYMP'ARTS is a world-class artistic festival and celebration organized every four years and opens to artists from all over the world. The theme of OLYMP'ARTS 2023 is “environment, climate and energy”, which is closely related to Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations. During this period, there are activities including the Opening Ceremony, Exhibitions, Forums, Charity Dinner, etc.. In the afternoon on October 5th, the “Environment and Technology” themed forum was held. The invited guests included artists and representatives from art institutions, government dignitaries and entrepreneurs.Under the three major themes of “the Profound Significance of the Revival of OLYMP'ARTS”, “the Infinite Intersection of Art and Technology in the New Era” and “Art of Eco-Consciousness”, the forum featured keynote speeches, round-table discussions, and participant interactions. It collectively explored and researched OLYMP'ARTS, serving as a global dialogue platform to promote cultural and artistic exchange and cooperation.

Michele Genovese, former Member of the Parliament of the European Union, former Commissioner of the European Commission and President of WOAC Advisory Committee; Wallace Chan, jewellery artist and visual artist; and Francisco Córdoba, Italian famous artist and other guests are invited to give keynote speeches focusing on Environment and Technology from their own perspectives.
