World Olymp’Arts Council (WOAC) is an international association duly established and registered in Switzerland, possessing independent legal personality and carrying out international cultural and artistic exchange activities in accordance with its statutes.

In accordance with the statutes and established governance procedures of the Council, the Board of Directors was duly reconstituted in December 2022. Ms. Qin Wen was legally elected as President and, as the highest executive officer of WOAC, is fully authorized to represent the Council externally and to execute signatures on its behalf.

In order to ensure the legality and authority of WOAC’s external documents, the following is hereby declared:

1.All documents, letters, and legal instruments issued by WOAC shall be valid only if signed by the President, Ms. Qin Wen.

2.As President, Ms. Qin Wen holds the ultimate authority for the execution and confirmation of all external documents of WOAC.

3.Any document, statement, or written material issued in the name of WOAC without the signature or written authorization of Ms. Qin Wen shall be deemed invalid, shall not represent the position of WOAC, and WOAC shall bear no legal responsibility in this regard.

4.WOAC reserves the right to pursue legal action against any unauthorized use of its name or any unauthorized dissemination of information.

This declaration applies to all activities and cooperative relationships of WOAC worldwide.
