Cooperative Principles

The World Olymp'Arts Council (WOAC) is willing to work with global partners to carry out international and regional cultural and artistic activities and to build an international communication pattern and symbiosis platform at multiple levels and in multiple forms.

Partners must comply with the “OLYMP'ARTS Charter” and national laws and regulations and have the will to promote OLYMP'ARTS and its vision worldwide, drive the future development of OLYMP'ARTS, ensure that it receives sufficient support, and increase public participation in and awareness of OLYMP'ARTS.

The partner's vision must be consistent with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, the common good of humanity, and the values of Universality, Aesthetics, Harmony, and Non-violence.
——World OLYMP'ARTS Council

Requirements for Cooperating Partners

Any international, regional, national or local NGO may become an official partner of OLYMP'ARTS, providing its purposes, functions, structure and operation are non-governmental, democratic and non-profit. Generally speaking, the NGO should fulfil the following conditions:

*Be engaged in activities in one or more fields specific to the World Olymp'Arts Council, working in a spirit of cooperation, tolerance and solidarity, in the interests of humankind and with respect for cultural identities.

*Enjoy a recognized legal status, an established headquarters and be governed by democratically adopted statutes.

*Have existed and been involved in relevant work for at least two years by the time partnership is proposed.
